Which part of your nervous system are you living on?

You are in constant shift and load between between career, responsibilities and life happening. Specially if you are a mother and you don’t have the “village ”help women used to have.

You Body jumps from the sympathetic to the parasympathetic system, which correspond to Yin and Yang in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Often causing  you flow or get stuck and collapse. You are using either or of your systems if you are:

Yin - Parasympathetic

Active/Defensive

Enjoying the moment

Time in nature

Selfcare

Reflecting/discovering

Expressing your emotions

Breastfeeding

Creativity

Yoga/Breathwork

Yang - Sympathetic

Resting

Mental overload

Play multiple roles

Taking care of a family member

Logic that suppresses

Your digestion, sleep, and immune system are taking a hit -  It’s not you, it’s your nervous system

Because of our actual hectic, rational daily demands we end up mostly using our Sympathetic System disconnecting ourselves from our maternal intuition.

What you need to move ahead and not loose yourself on the run is:

  • read your body

  • balance your 2 sides

  • establish priorities

  • support and direction
