We promote a proper breathing Techniques to regulate our body and calm our Mind. Shifting obstacles into opportunities can help us befriend with that monkey mind.

We also address our 5 Senses: visual, tact, smell, and sound as ways to relax, ground and balance the 2 sides of our brain.

Besides breathing we promote creative activities, and mental & emotional support through activities where we can release the overload such as accompanied journaling.
